Jay has a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University in the College of Management, double concentrations in Human Resources and Information Technology. Jay began her career with Verizon Business in 2007 and served in the capacity of Network Engineer and Engineering Project manager before venturing into entrepreneurship full time. The combination of technical engineering expertise with project management skills to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of software systems has uniquely worked in concert with event consulting. Jay has been responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets, ensuring timelines are met, and solving technical challenges while ensuring the project or event meets quality standards and specifications.
