Dominion Package

This package is designed for the modern, hands-on host who wants expert guidance from start to finish. I’ll be by your side throughout the entire planning process and on the day of your event — helping you stay organized, confident and excited every step of the way.

We’ll begin with developing a realistic budget, selecting a date and securing the perfect venue. From there, we’ll dive into the details that make your event one-of-a-kind — including selecting trusted vendors, creating an actionable planning timeline and refining your event's overall look and feel.

As your planning partner, my goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible — while ensuring you feel supported, heard, and confidently represented every step of the way. This package also includes Day-Of Coordination, or all services from the Kingdom Package, so you can fully cherish your event as a guest, knowing every detail is being thoughtfully managed with care and professionalism.

Empire Package

This package is ideal for those who want hands-on involvement in their event, but would benefit from professional support to stay on track and make informed decisions along the way.

We’ll collaborate closely throughout the planning process — with me serving as your consultant, guide and sounding board. You’ll lead the vision, and I’ll help bring it to life by assisting with vendor selection and management, offering design direction and providing unlimited phone and email support as questions arise.

This package offers a strong foundation of support but does not include all the services offered in the Kingdom Package. However, additional services can be added to create the level of involvement that works best for you.

Kingdom Package

This package is perfect for those who have handled all the planning but understand the value of investing in a dedicated coordinator to bring everything together on event day.

I’ll step in as your point person — managing logistics, guiding the timeline and ensuring every detail flows seamlessly. From coordinating vendor arrivals and cueing speakers or performers, to managing transitions and last-minute adjustments, I’m there so it's not You.

To ensure nothing is overlooked, I recommend bringing on a day-of coordinator at least one month before your event, with a strong preference for three months in advance. This allows ample time to review plans, coordinate more complex details and make thoughtful adjustments well ahead of the event.

With this package, you can fully experience and enjoy the event you’ve worked so hard to plan — confident that someone reliable is behind the scenes making it all run smoothly.
